Humid
It's been a horrible last few days, since the weather has changed. The humidity is high making it difficult to breathe or be comfortable. It's time to turn on the AC, but I'm trying to hold off, and suffer it out. Am getting some guff from the hubby, about it and I guess I'll have to give in. Either way, here comes summer and it will be hot way too fast.

A Dog Bed
I sure wish I had thought of this one. Could have made a nice financial bank on it, since there are so many pet lovers out there, who spare no expense for their dogs.
While looking through the website for the CozyWinters elevated dog bed , I noticed how cheap these items were, and the convenience of them also caught my attention. This can be placed in a area away from the heat or cold during the spring and summer seasons. It lifts your dog up from the hot soil and concrete so that air can flow underneath, causing it to cool the bed. In the winter, it will keep your dog from lying on cold ground or floors.
I saw that there were 4 different colors, you could choose from and at a reasonable price. They also give free shipping with orders over $75. which is a great plus. The bed comes in two sizes, medium and large, giving your dog comfort for their weight and body build. Look at the website listed under the link in this post and give your dog a elevated bed.

Moments
Reflecting back on the last month, I have watched a series of events occur and these things are a run of the mill scenario. We've gone from sleet, snow and ice to spring like weather, with spring officially beginning March 22nd, and now we've even enjoyed Easter in the last week. It's my hope that everyone had a safe great Easter.
This week started off with the much needed rain and it looks as though we will be getting more as the week progresses. That's a good thing and yet it hampers much needed things to be done outdoors. So, we'll take the good with the bad and maintain!

Insurance
NC along with many other states is in the middle of a large winter storm. It's certain that traveling on slick icy roads can be a hazard which leaves you with two choices. Stay at home or drive in it. One thing you need if you plan on driving in winter weather is insurance. Shopping for auto insurance in burlington nc can be easy when you go online to the website under the link in this post. I think you can get the amount of benefits needed for your cars and other vehicles if you just take the time to contact their reps.
Snow
Twice in one week we have had snow. Now, maybe people in the eastern states are accustomed to this, but not us Texans. We don't like much snow, and are glad when the sun comes out to melt it.

Texting
The end of a game left us with a bitter taste in our mouths this last weekend. Usually, me and some family members will text each other during the Cowboy games. It was going in this direction until suddenly, it got quiet on my phone and I realized that the family didn't want to talk about it anymore. They were pissed because the Cowboy's couldn't pull it out for a win. It gets that way every season, when the consistent teams folds under pressure. My family just can't accept that this team isn't what it once was. Poor Cowboy's!

Day After
I'm sure all who celebrate Thanksgiving were full of good food, yesterday. They either made it, went to a cafe, shelter, or family get together to enjoy the feast. I for one was the cooker, and then when I ate, I made a glutton of myself and was miserable the rest of the day. I really didn't want anymore to eat the rest of the day even though there was pumpkin pie, made fresh the day before.
Today, I have had a turkey sandwich and plan on a good meal, later this evening. Thank God I'm not crazy enough to be out there fighting with the idiots who are looking for good deals this "Black Friday". I'll just take the easy way out when shopping for Christmas this year. It's the same as several years before, since I've been online with internet help. Gift cards are much easier to get and the person receiving them, can get what they want. If they return their gifts then it's their own faults.

Cat Fight!
I wonder just how she thinks that I can see what she's doing? Every time, I try to catch her getting down with another cat, they go behind something or stop because they know I'm there. Darn it, I would like to catch them in a good cat fight just once and be able to take a video of them. It's hilarious to see which one is going to back down from the other.

Winter
Judging by the new articles, I found that the eastern states are under a blanket of snow. More is predicted to come and I'm sure there are many who have come down with an illness due to the extreme weather. NC, is one of the states to be involved in the winter storms' onslaught. I'm sure that they can find a way to get my nc health insurance quotes by clicking on the link in this post. They can shop for the best quotes according to their needs.

It Snowed
Here you see the full effect of the snow we had two days ago. Yesterday, the weather temps warmed up enough for some of it to melt. As of this morning we are looking at the ground once again with snow still in the driveways and such. Temps today, should get rid of most of the snow and give us some relief from the cold.

Be Sensible
Official advice about how to dress in such extreme cold weather, is listed from the National Weather Service:
• Make sure to wear layers of loose-fitting, lightweight, warm clothing. Trapped air between the layers will insulate you.
• The outer garments should be tightly woven, water repellent, and hooded.
• Make sure to wear a hat, because 40 percent of your body heat can be lost from your head.
• Also cover your mouth to protect your lungs from extreme cold.
• Wear mittens, that are snug at the wrist, they are better than gloves.
• Most of all, try to stay dry and out of the wind.

Christmas
Each year we have managed to get together for the holiday's. This year has gone the opposite direction. We haven't gotten together, and I suppose it was going to happen sooner or later. My life has taken a different route and it's not allowing me much family exposure. I hope this will change soon, because I do miss getting together with the other's in my life.

Storms
Once again our area has been attacked with a disaster. Last nights storms spawned tornadoes that took lives and destroyed homes as well as businesses. Today the DFW area of Texas is still reeling from this onslaught of Mother Nature. Our prayers are with the victim's and their families.

A Sax?
What is an orchestra without a saxophone? It seems to help fill in the harmony in certain musical pieces. You can hear them used in great jazz bands. Jazz, takes on a whole new meaning with best soprano saxophone solos heard during performances. They are smaller that your bass units, and can be handled much easier. Click on the above link and shop for a great deal.
