Mel Gibson, has become a father for the eighth time. Mel & girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, welcomed the arrival of a baby girl named Lucia on Friday, Oct. 30, at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. It is the first child for the Braveheart star, 53, and the Russian musician, 39, who met on the set of Gibson's 2008 movie Edge of Reason.
