What Did You Get?

Well, it was better than I expected.  At least he got the silk rose for me on his own without me having to say anything.  I wasn't expecting anything, since he has built the reputation of not thinking that days like that are special.  So, it was nice to find that his idea's were starting to change a bit.  That helped the Valentines's feeling for the evening, but that was all there was.  No romantic times were had.  Damn it!

Winter

Judging by the new articles, I found that the eastern states are under a blanket of snow.  More is predicted to come and I'm sure there are many who have come down with an illness due to the extreme weather.  NC, is one of the states to be involved in the winter storms' onslaught.  I'm sure that they can find a way to get  my nc health insurance quotes  by clicking on the link in this post.  They can shop for the best quotes according to their needs.

1 Year

It's been one year today, since I met my man.  It was on a Sunday evening, so actually the day involved would have been yesterday.  But since today is the 10th it is the date we met last year.  I know that he will be tired when he gets home, and not feel like doing anything.  To top it all off he's had a bad cold the last few days.  That takes away from the fun as well.  I guess I should have taken my queue from his earlier actions regarding holiday's and their importance to him.  Today, will be like any other to him and I might as well accept it.  Sad though!

It Snowed

Here you see the full effect of the snow we had two days ago.  Yesterday, the weather temps warmed up enough for some of it to melt.  As of this morning we are looking at the ground once again with snow still in the driveways and such.  Temps today, should get rid of most of the snow and give us some relief from the cold.
