Labor Day Weekend.........

Everyone is on their last summer holiday, before the fall and Christmas season approaches. This is a long holiday, which everyone will enjoy. It's very hard to get the weekends coordinated with the holiday's being on a Monday, therefore giving us a long holiday weekend. We really go all out when we can get one of these weekend's and make it a big time had by all. It's time to BBQ and enjoy football, which most American's are ready to do. Everyone, please make sure to enjoy and make it a safe one! God Bless America..........

Health Insurance.......

We know that you and your family need health insurance, so what are you waiting for? I suppose it's for the right package and plan to meet your budget. Either way, it's necessary to cover your and your family with an insurance that will meet your needs. I remember a kaiser health insurance
that was in our state a few years back, when the HPO's and NPO's were doing a great market. Since then they have drifted to other states and set up. During the time they were in my state is was so saturated with this type of health plan, that they had a hard time surviving. Today, they have branched out to kaiser permanente Northern California which has been a great move for this company. They also moved to Colorado, and got a branch set up there to promote, their health care plans. The kaiser permanente Denver is also ready to give you a great healthcare plan to take care of you and your family. I notice plenty of healthcare companies online that offer you great packages, at a lower price. Today's insurance market is still full of online insurance companies that want you to buy their packages. Check it out and see which one is right for you.

Women's History Month.....

IN honor of women's history month and in memory of Erma Bombeck who lost her fight with cancer.
Pass this on to five women that you want watched over..
If you don't know five women to pass this on to, one will do just fine.

IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER - by Erma Bombeck
(written after she found out she was dying from cancer).
I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day.
I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage..
I would have talked less and listened more.
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.
I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.
I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.
I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.
When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, 'Later. Now go get washed up for dinner.' There would have been more 'I love you's' and more 'I'm sorry's.'
But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute; look at it and really see it . Live it and never give it back. STOP SWEATING THE SMALL STUFF!!!

Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what. Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.

America Stand Up

Fly the flag to support our country on the coming 9/11.......
Our American flag is the fabric of our country and together we can prevail over terrorism of all kinds
Take a moment to think back to how you felt on 9/11 and let those sentiments guide you.
Fly an American flag of any size on 9/11. Honestly, Americans should fly the flag year-round, but if you don't, then at least make it a priority on this day.
Thank you for your participation. God Bless You and God Bless America!

FTP Servers

In the past two years, I've tried to be a good student in the technology of computer software, and blogging. It's been an uphill battle, but I've come a long way from where I was back then. Thought I tried hard to work with the ftp servers to download files to open up in my blogs, I wasn't able to master it. I've been told by several that it's easy all you have to do is walk through the steps. Well, I can only reply to that, in a manner that doesn't sound good for me. I'm just too stupid to get the hang of it and work around unzipping the file folder and transferring it over to my blog. Otherwise, I would have much nicer blog templates, than the one's I have. If you have the brain power and want to find more information, then click on the link in this article and check it out.

Loosing A Family Member........

It's a very hard thing to loose a family member, whether it be through death, divorce or other circumstances. Our family recently lost an ex-family member, who we still had great ties with. He still visited us and we were very cordial to his new roommate, but of course things always change.
Before we knew it, he became ill and was gone from this life in the matter of 4 months. Cancer, has a way to doing those things. It has affected me, more than I expected it to, and I've been thinking about him, often on a daily basis. I'm sure that with time, memories and feelings will ease but he was in his early 40's and that's just too soon, to have to go. I can't question God's ways, and know there was a reason, for this to happen. Yet, it would have been nice to have had him around longer. We will all miss him..........

71 Year Old Protects Herself............

She once smacked a teammate with a pillow during an argument at a team meeting. She didn't give it up and foiled the intruder...........

"This guy came out of the gate and grabbed me and I grabbed him by the ear and I kicked him in the groin.

So he had to let me go. He threatened my life and I got really annoyed about that and just grabbed him by the ear and the hair."

Grabbing an ear and kicking a groin? That sounds like a scene from a Three Stooges movie. It's bad enough to be a burglar. It's bad enough to be a bad burgler. But to be a bad burglar that gets caught after being kicked in the groin by a 71-year old? Ouch, on multiple levels.

Ha..........Ha............try it again..........I dare you.............

Great Gifts........

This is just what I needed to find, for this coming Christmas trinkets. Not only can I give these Beaded Lanyards as gifts, I can set up a fund raiser to help with certain "benefits", that I'm interested in. I've often wondered how to set up such events, and be able to find the right items, that people would want to invest in. If you don't have the right items, to draw attention and get the sale made, then you've worked hard for nothing. Using these Wholesale Beaded Lanyards
is a great way to get the funding for your "Little League Team, Choir, Band Boosters", and other worthy programs, that need extra funding. I saw where a small frail girl raised money for and cancer drive to help other children who had cancer. She sold lemonade and people were proud to help her, in this noble act.
These products are made with the finest beads and wire. Plus they have a one year guarantee. You can use them for many different things. Put your ID badge on one of these cuties, and get the attention of your co-workers. If you are interested in purchasing a Lanyard you can click on one of of the above links and go to the website. You'll notice all the different designs and have a great time looking around.

Vicki Reggie Kennedy, the widow of U.S. Senator Edward Kennedy, blows a kiss on the U.S. Senate steps of the U.S. Capitol building to her husband's senatorial staff in Washington, August 29, 2009.
It's too soon to tell whether or not she will take her husband's seat as interm during the last few months of his term in the Senate. Someone, needs to fill the seat until an election can be done. Many think she would be great in her husband's seat. She's a great lawyer and would be able to carry on in his work. Right now, we offer our condolences to her and all the family members, friends, and co-workers.

Fantasy Football

My son is a fantasy football freak..........he will go on to his webpage and do his predictions and come back the next week to see how well, he did. Unfortunately, if you don't have money to bet odds on the teams, then your really not getting anywhere, excpet to see how good you would have done should you have actually bet on the teams. I know there are many who enjoy going to these websites and looking at the stats on all the draft pic's up for hire. The owner's, manager's and special team's coaches, will be able to check out the stat's on all the draft pic's and still be able to decide what they are going to do. If you love football, like so many people do, fantasy football analysis
may be just what you looking for when having fun. I know that there are many people who go in for this type of recreation, and have a blast with it. I'm not one of these people, but I still am able to check out the games, to see if I won a football pot, when I bet on one. If you like to check out the stats and information on all the teams, then this is the software you need to download. Try it today, and have fun.
