This gentleman has been developing and operating the upscale restaurants located in the Lucerna Hotels. He and his Mother still run the family owned Grupo Lucerna, which was established by his father.
He has a passion for food and food preparation and is writing a cookbook. It’s called "Kabande es Caliente and has recipes that are old and new favorites from the Kabande family.
Hector Kabande also has his own Hector Kabande Recipe blog, which has many of his family recipes. His friends know about his passion and regularly bring him fresh peppers from their home gardens.
