My roses are really blooming, with all the rain we've been having. A Hobby

I like to crochet for new babies of the family and friends, it's my gift to them when they have their baby showers. I find out what gender their having(boy or girl) and make a blanket for it. A children's rights activist holds up a cross with dolls attatched, in front of the courthouse in St. Poelten. Austrian Josef Fritzl who fathered seven children with a daughter he held in a cellar for 24 years pleaded guilty to incest on Monday but denied murdering a newborn son who died underground.

The Austrian press are calling it the trial of the century. On Monday Josef Fritzl will be in the dock, having admitted to keeping his daughter locked in the cellar of his house for 24 years and raping her repeatedly.

Defendant Josef Fritzl, hides his face as he arrives for his trial at the court of law in Sankt Poelten in Austria's province of Lower Austria He and is also charged with rape, enslavement and for incarcerating three of the children.

I went to this blog and found it to be very nice, crisp and clean looking. It has a hint of diversity and from the looks of it you can find many different subjects written. A wealth of knowledge is packed into this blog and I'm sure he has done plenty of research on his subjects. In ADRIAN'S BLOG you find many of the same subjects, that I have written on, because we may be writing for the same websites. He gives more than is asked for, with the posts he writes. In fact I find an in depth quality about his posts.
I like the way he has his blog set up and the uncluttered look. This makes his blog easier to read and appealing to the eyes. I noticed a few ads for things, that many people would be interested in. This blog is not overwhelmed with all types of money making ads.

Let's say it's 6:15 p.m. and you're driving home
(alone of course), after an usually hard day on the job.
You're really tired, upset and frustrated.
Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain
in your chest that starts to radiate out
into your arm and up into your jaw.
You are only about five miles from the hospital
nearest your home.
Unfortunately, you don't know
if you'll be able to make it that far.
What can you do?
You've been trained in CPR
but the guy that taught the course didn't tell you
what to do if it happened to yourself.

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, this article seemed to be in order.
Without help, the person whose heart is
beating improperly and who begins to feel faint,
has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.
A deep breath should be taken before each cough,
and the cough must be deep and prolonged,
as when producing sputum from
deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated
about every two seconds without let up
until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and
keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart
also helps it regain normal rhythm.
In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
Tell as many other people as possible about this,
it could save their lives!

Jamie was trying out for a part in the school play. His mother told me that he’d set his heart on being in it, though she feared he would not be chosen.

Better Than You.........

Do you have a family member who is always, pushing their high and mighty life on you around other family members? It's like they just can't stand it if their not putting you down in front of everyone. My sister is that way and now she's at it again. For awhile she felt she was at a disadvantage and I was the one on top. Now, once again she's found her a man, with a little money and she's flaunting it.

3 Local Girls.......

It's a sad thing to give up a child to a car accident.............Yesterday, three local girls gave up their lives, when having fun, like most teens do. Unfortunately, the one driving the car didn't have a license to drive. Many people are affected by these deaths and most of them are the other students, they went to school with. Three teenage friends hopped into a car after the last school bell rang at Dallas' Adamson High School early Friday afternoon. Weekend had just begun, and the girls were headed to pick up the younger sister of the car's driver. The girls never arrived at the sister's middle school.
Word of the crash spread Friday evening among friends, family and Adamson students and faculty. Friends, family and teachers from Adamson met at 8 p.m. Saturday for a candlelight vigil at the school. Our prayers are with the families, and friends..........may God give them comfort.....

Search For Survivors Called Off.....

Searchers called off their search Tuesday for linebacker Marquis Cooper, free-agent defensive lineman Corey Smith and former South Florida player William Bleakley. Searchers spotted no signs of the men except for a cooler and a life jacket 16 miles southeast of the boat. Still, family members and friends maintained hope that they might turn up. Crews combed more than 24,000 miles of ocean before calling off their search, dashing hopes they might be found after rescuers plucked one survivor from the Gulf of Mexico. Our condolences go out to the friends and families of the victim's.

The senior payment—$250 for individuals, $500 for couples who both receive some Social Security benefit—will go to retirees, older veterans, SSI (Supplemental Security Income) beneficiaries, and people with disabilities.

Recipients won’t have to fill out a tax form or do anything—unlike the stimulus rebate of 2008. They just wait for the money to show up. They’ll get the money the same way they get Social Security—either through direct deposit or a check in the mail.
