Summer Is Here

I noticed that almost every year, you have a rainy spell, and then it all stops and the heat hits. It's that time. The heat has arrived and it looks as though the rain may be over. Each year the heat comes right after a rainy spell and kills all the nice plants that grew during all the rain. The new growth is so tender from growing in the wet soil, that it can't take the sudden heat. The clouds protected the new growth, while it was sprouting up. I've got to go out an make sure that some water is put on some of those plants today. Otherwise, they will wither in the heat that has set in.
