I've come to realize that home insurance is needed on my home, with all the bad weather, that we have in Texas. It's something that the owner's I'm buying from, can't afford. I won't be able to get insurance on it until the house is paid for and in my name. So, until then I'm stuck and saying a prayer each time a bad storm comes through the area. It's a necessary thing to have if you are buying a home.
