Online sale shopping

I logged into my Internet to do some online shopping and my homepage get.wildblue.com/ popped up. I knew that Ann Taylor Loft, my favorite store EVER, was having one of their 40% off sales. Not only did I love the way their clothing fit, but also I never had to pay full price for anything. If I found something I wanted to buy, I knew I only had to wait a few weeks and an email would pop up in my inbox letting me know that it was sale time. Sometimes, the sale was only on specific things like 50% off tops, buy one pair of pants and get the second pair half off, or 50% off sale items. However, the sale that I always waited for was 40% off the entire store, which usually happened once every quarter. The risk I ran by waiting to until a sale occurred to shop was that they wouldn’t have the size or color that I wanted. This rarely happened, though since their online stock was always much greater than in an actually retail store.

Tired.....

It's to work and back home.....that's all I do anymore, since my life took a sudden turn back in August.  Now, I just maintain and hope that things will get better.  I wish there was someone who I could come home to and not be alone, but there's no need for an old woman these days.  Guys look the other way when I walk in places, and their eyes move to the younger more beautiful women.  It's just a matter of time before those people are where I am, today but that's another story......I just hate being alone.

Storms?

The power went off last night during the night.  I know that we weren't forecast to have any bad weather or storms.  It puzzling to know how it happened, and when.  I know it was during the night because I watched TV until I went to bed and it hadn't happened by then.  I will need to find a wind up clock, since this will be a problem for me getting up and going to work.

Merchants

I know nothing about this stimulus funding for businesses, but I understand that it's become a good thing to have.  The merchant financing  for businesses helps when the actual owner's are short on finances.  Economic times have been very hard on small businesses, and many have fallen under the load.  It's good to see that some were able to make it through without going under.

Grandchildren

I'm facing the event of becoming a great grandmother this December.  It's making an old woman of me, and I don't like looking in the mirror lately either.  I hear that the baby is a girl and they tell me the name, which I understand is wanted to be unique.  It's a pretty name and I hope the baby will be pretty as well.  It's hard to tell how the baby will look in sonogram's, so we'll have to wait till the birth.

I'm looking at the need to find a lawyer, in the next few weeks.  A problem has risen in my life that will require the help of a professional in the legal fields.  I sure hope this will go quickly and be an easy trek, because I'm not blessed with lots of money.

The Cat

I'm trying to get some work done, and the cat has decided to intervene or intrude in my efforts.  I know that she's needing me to notice her, but I need to get this work done, because the deadline is today.  I lost internet service earlier in the week, and wasn't able to do this work in time.  Now, I am rushing to get it done while the time lasts.

I'm sure that many of you have been on Facebook recently and there are many website's being advertised on there.  Twitter, also gives many websites the advantage of advertising.  When you think of personal gifts, I think you should consider looking at the Personal Creations   pages or clicking on the above link and visiting the actual website.  These gifts are very different and will give pleasure to each person.

Mom

Went to the nursing home last weekend to see Mom, and my step dad.........they are maintaining fairly so, but things aren't as great for them as they were when they entered the place.  I hope that the food gets better, because that's the one thing that my step dad enjoyed.  A place like that has many budget requirements, and I hope it doesn't cut back on the quality and quantity of the food.  It's hard enough being in a place such as that, without having to suffer through meals that aren't savory.
