To Go or Stay........

I'm trying to decide whether to go or stay at this house. I've done so much with my flowers and plants, but there's controversy going on around this place. I don't believe that once I get this thing paid for, that the person I'm buying it from will let me have the deed transferred over to my name. Even if she does, I'm afraid that her sisters will try and fight it. So, I'm torn about how to handle the problem.
