Day After

Why is it that when you go through a holiday or event, you over indulge and then regret it the next day?  There's always something that you did to excess and wish you hadn't done the next morning.  When your around good friends, you just seem to do it, with the idea that it only happens once, pull out all the plugs and have fun.  The next day, you look back at the things, you did and shouldn't have done........Whew, sometimes your looking at a big mess.........
