Ida, Still A Threat

It seems that the hurricane that hit the Gulf of Mexico, moved up the coastline, to VA and is now pelting the coast with torrential rains. I have a son and his family that live right out on the water, in Virginia Beach and their cars are already under water. No one was able to go to work today, because the tunnel on the major roads has been closed. They expect high tide around 4pm, so I'm hoping the kids will be safe and stay upstairs, while it's happening.
