It's a horrible thing to be sitting in a restaurant and the hostess sits a family with small children right next to you. Now, how are you going to enjoy your meal, with these small one's screaming, whining, crying or leaning over the seat looking down at your plate? The parents are tuned out and let them cause the chaos small children can make. When they start throwing food, then your ready to choke the parents. I've lost my appetite when these actions start and am ready to get up and go. So much for an enjoyable evening out with your friends or family. It just got ruined by someone's obnoxious child.
