I have an upside down hanging tomato plant. This is a picture of the first blooms which seem to have taken forever to grow. I suppose there isn't as much sun on my patio as I thought there would be, therefore the plant is taking it's time. I can also attribute the weather changes for some of it's slow growth. It's been a cool warm spring. I mean that one week it's really nice and warm, the next week a cool front will come in and the temperatures drop. This is rough for the plants to endure during growing season.
