Exercise.....

Exercise has become a major part of the world's planned days.  They will go the the gym at least once a week, sometimes even more should their life allow it.  This is good for people who want to keep their bodies buff and looking good.  It is also great for people who have time on their hands and need to get out of the house.  Incorporating some exercise in your daily life, can help with your breathing as well as mobility.  It's a good thing to keep moving, especially during your aging years.  This can help your joints and keep them mobile.
