Palm trees blow in the winds from Hurricane Ike, Saturday, in Galveston, Texas. The massive hurricane ravaged southeast Texas early Saturday, battering the coast with driving rain and ferocious wind gusts.

It's 9:29am here in the Dallas, Tx area and we have wind gusts and ever so often blowing rain. It's still not considered bad, as yet and we may not get it as bad as other areas have. Time will tell us what is going to happen.
